Coaching Support

Throughout program, you’ll be monitored and shown how to track your nutritional intake and coached on the best diet plan using Bodysharp’s body analyzer and “MyFitnessPal software. Trainers will have full access to your food and workout diary to advise on the realistic changes.

Coaching Breakdown

Bodysharp 6 weeks coaching program breakdown of what’s expected and what services support will be applied. A mix of exercises and training methods called Cross Training; which combines circuits, intervals and weights. This will all be carefully monitored and coached by Bodysharp qualified trainers. Group workouts will take place at Bodysharp Studio Academy three days a week.
