Weight Loss Transformation

Kiran joined BodySharp last year. She had trained before but due to work life commitments, her training took a back seat for a couple of months as she focused on her career. Her goal was to drop body fat, increase strength and be in a positive environment. Since then she totally smashed it changing her whole life around dropping her weight from 78kg to 64kg plus reducing her body fat from 43% to 20%. Her fitness and strength have totally changed. She can now do pull ups close and wide grip, she now bench presses 50KG and her confidence level are through the rooftop.
